Research

My PhD research involved looking into different methods of wirelessly powering electrochemical sensors for use on wearable technologies. Wirelessly powering these sensors has applications in terms of achieving smaller devices for wearables, as well as producing less invasive devices for in-body diagnostics.

The challenges faced include fitting all required diagnostics into the smallest form factor possible, as well as deriving enough power from the transmission to operate a device.
